Straight answers from the data you already have.
M29 builds practical AI for grower-packer-shippers, pointed at the ERP, spreadsheets, and databases you already run. Ask in plain language and get real answers; hand the daily grind to AI. A helper, not a rip-and-replace platform. We build it around how you work and show you how to use it.
problem
The answer exists. It's just spread across ten places.
Your numbers live in the ERP. Last week's packout is in a spreadsheet. Grower agreements are in a binder. Shipping is in another system, accounting in a third, and the rest is in someone's head.
So getting one straight number (cost per carton, yield by lot, who's past terms) means exporting partial CSVs, wrestling spreadsheet formulas, reconciling by hand, and waiting. By the time you have it, the season has moved on.
we do
We point AI at your actual data.
M29 builds custom AI tools that sit on top of the systems you already run. We make a read-only mirror of your data, stand up a secure connection (a custom MCP server) over your ERP, databases, and real-time feeds, and give you one place to ask and to put AI to work.
It speaks the way your business runs (lots, cartons, packouts, terms, settlements) and runs on whichever AI engine fits the job: OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic. Ask in plain language; get an answer that traces back to the source. You're never locked to one vendor.
works
Three steps. Your systems never get touched.
No platform migration, no months of onboarding. We connect, we serve, you ask.
A read-only mirror of your data.
We sync your ERP, databases, and key spreadsheets into a clean mirror. Read-only: nothing writes back, nothing breaks, your systems run exactly as they do today.
An MCP server over your data.
We stand up a secure MCP server that exposes your data to AI, with the definitions and rules that match how you count a carton, a lot, a settlement. Your terms, not generic ones.
Plain questions. Real answers. Real work done.
Ask in plain language, hand off the recurring grind so AI does the work (not just the lookup), and set insights to run on a schedule. Every figure traces back to its source, and we show your team how to drive it themselves.

What's an MCP server? Like EDI or an API, but for AI.
It's just the standard way AI connects to your systems and data. Build it once and the same tools work everywhere you use AI, from your own chat assistant to Claude on Mac or Windows. The layer underneath, not a one-off bolt-on.
can ask
Questions M29 AI answers.
Real questions from the grower-packer-shipper floor, the kind that usually take a day of pulling reports.
answers
The questions you ask every week, answered automatically.
A question you ask every week shouldn't take work every week. M29 AI runs the recurring ones automatically and delivers the answer where you want it, on the schedule you set.
work
No-nonsense, on purpose.
Four commitments that keep this a practical solution, built around you, not a product you bend your business to fit.
Your data stays yours.
Read-only mirrors, your infrastructure or ours by your choice. Nothing leaves or trains anything without your say-so.
A helper, not an integrator.
We work with the ERP and tools you already run, build around how you work, and show your team how to drive it. No rip-and-replace, no new platform to learn.
Built for produce.
We already speak lots, cartons, packouts, settlements, and terms, so we're useful in days, not quarters.
Answers you can trust.
Every number traces back to its source. If you can't verify it, you shouldn't have to act on it.
we are
25 years of produce data integration and reporting. AI is just the newest tool.
M29 isn't an AI startup. For over 25 years we've integrated with the ERP and accounting software the produce industry runs on, pulling its data into clean data warehouses and building the custom reports it doesn't provide, the ones growers, packers, and shippers actually use day to day.
AI didn't replace any of that. It sits on top of it. The hard part was never the AI; it's knowing your data, your systems, and how the business really works. We already do.
